At FutureBots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within  20 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Certain items, such as customized products or clearance items, are non-returnable and will be indicated as such on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads or software.
• Products marked as "final sale."
• Opened or used consumables (e.g., batteries, adhesives).

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at welcome@futurebots.co.uk or call 0203-289-0987 to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Approval
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Step 3: Ship Your Item

• Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation.
• Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
• Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify your preferred replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the number below with photos of the damage or defect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
